This notice describes how this website is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who visit it, as well as the data processing practices carried out via this website. In compliance with Articles 13 (for data collected from the data subject) and 14 (for data not collected from the data subject) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the GDPR), the following information is provided to Users of this Website. This information relates exclusively to processing carried out via this Website and not via other websites that may be visited via links from this one; for such websites, we recommend that you consult the relevant policies provided by their respective Data Controllers. This Website and any services offered via the Website are reserved for persons who have reached the age of eighteen. The Data Controller therefore does not process personal data relating to persons under the age of 18. Upon request by such Users, the Data Controller will promptly delete all personal data collected unintentionally.

The Data Controller reserves the right to appoint a web agency or consultant as Data Processor for the personal data managed for the purposes of technical support, maintenance, technical management and similar activities relating to this Website; their contact details may be provided upon request to the addresses indicated above. The Data Controller and the Data Processor also process Users’ data through their own internal staff members, who have been specifically designated, instructed and authorised to carry out such processing.
2. Categories of data processed and sources of origin
• Browsing data (the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes: IP addresses, the type of browser used, the operating system, the domain name and the addresses of websites from which access or exit was made, information on the pages visited by users within the site, the time of access, the duration of stay on each page, analysis of internal navigation and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment. Such technical/IT data is collected and used exclusively in an aggregated and anonymous manner. This data is processed for the purpose of enabling and monitoring the correct use of this website, as well as to obtain anonymous statistical information on its use, and is deleted immediately after processing.

We may primarily process browsing data, as well as cookies.
We may also process data provided voluntarily by the user, for example via the contact form or by sending an email, including general personal data (identification, personal details, billing information and similar) and, in exceptional cases, special categories of data pursuant to Art. 9 GDPR or criminal data pursuant to Art. 10 GDPR, strictly limited to what is necessary to respond to the request for information received and subject to the data subject’s consent.
The data may originate from automated sources or voluntary sources, as well as from public sources. For example, it may originate from the user’s browsing activity, which may include information relating to previous visits to other websites, including in particular cookies and other similar technologies. The data may also be provided voluntarily by the user or by persons associated with them. Other data may come from public sources, such as data processed in the context of research and derived from public records, databases and similar sources.
3. Purposes of processing
The personal data of Website Users, as described above, will be processed in the manner and forms prescribed by the GDPR, for the performance of the Website’s functions, with particular, but not exclusive, reference to browsing the pages and the data collection procedures described therein, contact forms, any registration/login procedures for the restricted area, newsletter subscriptions and similar. In particular, the personal data provided to the Data Controller will be processed for the following purposes:
• to respond to specific requests made to the Data Controller by the User via the Website and its communication tools (contact forms, information request forms and similar);
• to send information regarding the Data Controller’s services, following a request for information via email or by completing the contact form and other communication tools;
• for registration for events organised by the Data Controller and other related activities (for example, verification of attendance, notifications regarding any updates or changes to the event, etc.);
• for other ancillary purposes or those linked to those indicated above and in any case falling within the scope of the Website’s activities;
The processing of data provided in general terms will be carried out, including following automatic collection during browsing, solely for the purposes of verifying and monitoring access to the Website. This also applies to technical cookies, understood as session, functionality or analytics cookies that meet the requirements specified by the Data Protection Authority. In particular, with regard to the latter, it is clarified that they may be treated as technical cookies where these are created and used directly by the Website. In any case, for such analytics cookies, the Website, also in accordance with the Data Protection Authority’s clarifications, has provided for the anonymisation of IP addresses and the modification of data processing; the collection and use of the aforementioned browsing data (subject to the anonymisation of IP addresses) enable the monitoring of the Website’s performance and allow for the improvement of the service offered, providing the User with a better browsing experience. 4. Legal basis for processing
The processing of personal data is based on the fulfilment of contractual or pre-contractual obligations relating to the request made by the User (e.g. requests for information about the services provided by the Data Controller, requests for quotes, etc.), as well as, where necessary, on consent given through the free and informed completion of the relevant information fields in the form dedicated to the collection and provision of data and the ticking of the relevant checkbox where applicable.
Please note that the completion of the relevant fields in the form for requesting information is inherent to the request itself and therefore entails the fulfilment of a pre-contractual or contractual obligation, depending on the context. Consent may be requested subsequently for the processing of further data.
A specific privacy notice will be provided wherever necessary (a notice different from this one).
In any case, processing is also based on legitimate interest, including the right to information, for which reference is made to the following paragraph.
5. Legitimate interest of the Data Controller
The processing of personal data is also based on the Data Controller’s legitimate interests, such as the exercise of its rights in the context of the information society, the performance of the contract, and the carrying out of direct marketing activities (in the manner, by the means and within the timeframes provided for by law).
6. Mandatory nature of data provision
The provision of browsing data by Users, for the purposes set out above, depends on the privacy settings that the User has enabled or disabled via their browser. In some cases, disabling these settings may affect browsing on this Website. For certain sections of this Website, the provision of browsing data and/or the use of technical cookies is mandatory for the Website to function correctly.
The provision of certain personal data is in any case necessary for the very structure of the Website and its procedures. Any request for other optional data will, however, be preceded by a specific tick box for approval. The provision of all other data is optional, depending on the type of information the User wishes to provide to the Website.
Notwithstanding the above, for example, the provision of an email address is necessary in order to respond to a request made via the contact form, as are the other mandatory data indicated therein with an asterisk. All other data is optional.
Failure to provide the data necessary for the requested action (for example, the email address via the form for requesting information by this means) makes it impossible for the Data Controller to process the request.
PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL PROCESSING
In any case, even where the data subject has given consent to authorise the Data Controller to pursue all the purposes mentioned in the points above, they remain free to withdraw such consent at any time.
We specifically and separately inform you, as required by Article 21 of the Regulation, that the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them carried out for the purposes mentioned above and that, should the data subject object to the processing, the personal data may no longer be processed for those purposes.
7. Potential recipients of personal data
The data may be disclosed to companies affiliated with, associated with or controlled by the Data Controller, as well as to consultants, or even to third parties operating, including on behalf of and for the account of the Data Controller, to carry out services related to the purposes indicated in this policy, both within the EU and outside the EU (in the latter case, these will be exclusively entities complying with applicable regulations).
Browsing data and similar information (as referred to above), as well as profiling cookies, including those from third parties (for which reference is made to this Website’s Cookie Policy), which will be disclosed to the relevant third parties, where these do not manage them directly in their capacity as Data Controllers.
In any case, the data may be disclosed to Data Processors, as well as to persons authorised to process the data and duly instructed, always within the scope of the purposes of the processing.

8. Retention period
Data provided voluntarily by the Data Subject will be retained until the Data Subject expressly revokes consent, including by taking action via their browser, clearing cookies, making an express request or otherwise indicating their wish to do so. Browsing data will be retained, in accordance with the principle of proportionality, in a form that allows the Data Subject to be identified for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.
Excluded from the above terms are cases where it is necessary to retain the data for a further period of time to defend or assert a right or to comply with any legal obligations or orders from the authorities.
9. Rights of the data subject
Every data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction, notification in the event of rectification, erasure or restriction, data portability, objection and not to be subject to automated individual decision-making, including profiling, in accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR. These rights may be exercised in the manner and within the time limits set out in Article 12 of the GDPR, by sending a written request to the Data Controller (see point 10).
The Data Controller will provide an appropriate response as soon as possible and in any event within one month of receiving the request.
10. Right to withdraw consent (How to exercise your rights)
You may withdraw your consent, where applicable, at any time and/or exercise your rights by sending:
– a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the Data Controller with an express request;

11. Complaints
Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint pursuant to Articles 77 et seq. of the GDPR with a supervisory authority, which for Italy is the Italian Data Protection Authority. The forms, procedures and time limits for lodging complaints are set out and governed by current national legislation. The complaint is without prejudice to administrative and judicial proceedings, which in Italy may be brought either before the same Data Protection Authority or before the competent court.
12. Profiling
Personal data provided through browsing this website and the completion of any forms published therein may be subject to profiling by third-party providers via third-party cookies.
Profiling allows such third-party providers, who are independent data controllers for the processing of personal data for profiling purposes, distinct from the Data Controller of this website, to assess certain personal aspects of the Data Subject relating in particular to their preferences, interests and tastes with reference to the pages viewed and activities carried out, in order to enable these independent and distinct Data Controllers to offer the Data Subject a service that is more specific and tailored to their needs.
